Introducing our new BCR website.jpg

We are delighted to introduce our brand-new website, now easier to use and full of useful information on business turnaround and insolvency. From this blog, simply click home on the top navigation bar and it will take you directly to the new site.

What’s New?

The first thing you may notice about the new site is we’ve expanded our colours. As well as our defining green, we’ve made more use of white space, turquoise, purple, dark pink and other complementary colours.

The layout has also changed. Key information can still be accessed through the top navigation bar, but we’ve included far more information on the homepage, to prevent you having to search around for important information. Scroll down our home page to find key information about all our services, an introductory video, case studies and profiles of our senior managers and directors. We also include links to all our free resources, which we have expanded significantly.

Help For Struggling Businesses

A large part of our new website is devoted to providing free advice to struggling businesses. One of the most common things we hear from customers is that, prior to finding us, they simply had no idea who to speak with about insolvency. This is something we were very keen to change.

Our frequently asked questions page contains links to 16 resource pages, covering topics ranging from directors' responsibilities to winding up petitions.

Our blog is also regularly updated with helpful articles on a range of topics, so please check back frequently for the latest help and advice.

Free Resources From Our Insolvency Practitioners

Concerned businesses can also access two free downloadable resources through our website.

The first is our Guide to Business Recovery and Turnaround, a free resource for any business worried about threats from creditors, meeting their wages or paying back business loans. It is full of reliable advice about how to deal with HMRC, how to understand your personal liabilities and what options are available for finance, re-funding and business rescue.

The second is our 10 Step Liquidation Process flowchart, providing a step-by-step guide for companies going through the liquidation process. It helps you to be clear on what is involved and the actions you need to take, so that the process is as smooth and stress free as possible.

These resources are available without any obligation to use our services. We just want to make this information as widely and publicly available as possible. However if you’re concerned about the financial future of your own business and are looking for professional help, then we would like to provide some free assistance.

Our licensed insolvency practitioners are experienced and fully qualified in dealing with liquidations, business turnaround and other insolvency processes, so are well placed to provide impartial advice. We provide a free initial consultation for all concerned businesses, where we can offer confidential, professional advice relevant to your situation. With nine offices around the country, a local insolvency adviser is just a phone call away. Simply get in touch to request your free consultation.

We Hope You Find Our New Website Informative And Easy To Use.

Our new website was designed and is maintained by the JDR Group, based in Derby. Many thanks to the team for their hard work.
